A New Science Unit

Today, the elementary students began a new science unit, SPACE. Ms. Pat welcomed them to their new astronaut training course and gave them each a shiny, black folder to decorate with astronaut stickers.



They began their study of space, right here at home, on planet Earth. They were able to examine several different types of rocks. They looked at the rocks with magnifying glasses, weighed them, and did a streak test.







They have the whole World in their hands!
